I'm an Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master with over 12 years of hands-on experience working with teams at Fortune 500 companies across manufacturing, healthcare, B2B, and legal research industries.
My journey into Agile wasn't a straight line. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major, I worked in retail and banking management before pivoting into project management. When the industry began shifting from Waterfall to Agile, I recognized the opportunity and went back to earn my Scrum Master, SAFe®, and Agile Facilitator certifications.
That pivot changed everything. I've since helped teams at some of the largest corporations in the country maximize their productivity and embrace Agile methodologies. Today, I channel that experience into coaching the next generation of Scrum Masters - helping them avoid the mistakes I made and land their first role faster.
